Before I worked at Chelsea House Raumati on the Kapiti Coast,  I owned my own café.  Nowadays, I prepare delicious and healthy children’s meals and snacks for Chelsea House, including children with special diets.

With five daughters, one stepdaughter, one stepson, and so far three Grandsons,  I have been around children for a large part of my life.  I find it very rewarding and great fun to have the Chelsea House children interact with preparation and making their own creations in the kitchen.
